Salary: $92,789 – $117,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and update software requirements and create embedded software for vehicle chassis and components.
• Architect, install, and troubleshoot custom applications using Real-time and Linux operating systems.
• Write comprehensive technical documentation, including test requirements, operator manuals, and shop manuals.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Test Departments to resolve specification issues and ensure quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis for problems reported by Service and QA departments and develop effective countermeasures.
• Participate in machine worksite surveys to evaluate system performance and determine customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in reading and writing C programming language.
• Experience with RTOS and Linux for developing custom applications.
• Ability to read circuit board schematics and use troubleshooting tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Experience performing system failure mode analysis and risk assessments.
