What you will do

• Perform support removal, surface finishing, and dimensional checks of metal parts.
• Operate post-processing equipment, including bandsaws, EDMs, and hand tools.
• Conduct visual inspections and follow strict quality control procedures.
• Document work performed and report any part non-conformances.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of post-processing work areas.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, machining, or a hands-on technical role.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for security clearance eligibility.
• Ability to interpret basic engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic measurement devices such as calipers and micrometers.
• Familiarity with MES systems and computer tools (Microsoft Office, SmartSheets).
• Willingness to wear required PPE, including respirators, gloves, and protective clothing.
