What you will do

• Design and develop thermal solutions for servers and data center cooling systems.
• Perform thermal analysis, airflow, and heat transfer calculations to support design decisions.
• Develop and execute thermal test plans using lab equipment and data acquisition systems.
• Analyze test data to validate performance against requirements and customer use cases.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and firmware teams to integrate thermal solutions.
• Produce technical documentation, test reports, and design summaries for cross-functional reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in thermal engineering, HVAC, or electronics cooling.
• Proficiency with CFD or thermal analysis tools such as ANSYS, Icepak, or FloTHERM.
• Experience with CAD tools like SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Hands-on experience with lab testing, sensors, and data acquisition.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

• Exposure to data center cooling or liquid cooling technologies.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE guidelines.
• Experience with Python or MATLAB for data analysis.
