What you will do

• Drive high-leverage projects across the full stack from concept to completion.
• Develop and update user-facing features while collaborating with backend engineers on consistent API patterns.
• Lead architectural decisions for cross-team applications and produce detailed technical specifications.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including ML researchers, physicians, and product managers.
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure product excellence.
• Define, negotiate, and estimate features using Agile practices.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Professional experience with React including components, hooks, and state management.
• Python backend experience, ideally with async frameworks like FastAPI or Starlette.
• Experience with both NoSQL and relational databases (DynamoDB, Postgres).
• Understanding of platform infrastructure including AWS, Docker, Terraform, and RESTful services.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native or cross-platform mobile development.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and design systems.
• Experience with LLM application development (streaming, tool calling).
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards like FHIR or CCD.
