What you will do

• Design and develop motion planning software and algorithms for decision making in dynamic, uncertain, and interactive traffic scenarios.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers and research scientists using an AI-first approach to enable safe self-driving at scale.
• Contribute to technical and architecture discussions to build a reliable autonomy stack.
• Rapidly prototype and test new algorithms for self-driving vehicles.

Requirements

• MS/PhD or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of industry experience in Computer Science, Robotics, or a similar field.
• Experience in planning/decision making approaches (e.g., optimal control, optimization-based approaches, search methods, probabilistic decision making).
• Production-quality coding skills in Python or C++.
• Solid problem solving skills using linear algebra, geometry, statistics, and probability.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
