Salary: $32.00 - $43.00 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct physical and visual electrical and mechanical inspections using torque wrenches, pin gages, calipers, and micrometers.
• Perform final "white glove" inspections of engines post-build and prior to shipment.
• Analyze components against engineering drawings using GD&T and industry standard controls.
• Develop and implement inspection processes based on engine and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with Quality, Design, and Manufacturing Engineering to resolve product realization issues.
• Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including calibration records and KPI tracking.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a quality position.
• Experience in an AS9100 or similar manufacturing and inspection environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Hands-on experience with sub and final assembly inspection tools.
• Ability to create quality documentation, such as non-conformances and CoCs.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Centennial, CO.

Nice to have

• Experience with Calypso and PC DMIS software.
• Background in additive manufacturing.
• Experience with Keyence machines or auditing.
