What you will do

• Perform routine inspections of electronic sub-assemblies, cables, and hardware assemblies.
• Verify products in accordance with documentation and customer-defined requirements.
• Document and resolve deviations regarding process, product, form, fit, or function.
• Execute testing of completed products using provided mechanical and electrical test equipment and software.
• Collect and analyze quality metrics using tables and charts.
• Create and maintain product or process standards in coordination with other departments.

Requirements

• High-school diploma or GED (or 3+ years of related on-the-job experience).
• 2 years of on-the-job experience in mechanical inspection or a related field.
• 2 years of working knowledge of computer hardware or networking.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Effective interpersonal oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work on-site at the Libertyville, IL facility.
