What you will do

• Lead and manage the delivery of transportation programs and projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Oversee the preparation of scope, schedules, and budgets for infrastructure projects.
• Develop and present complex technical solutions to clients to solve infrastructure challenges.
• Lead business development efforts and pursuits to acquire new projects and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Ensure reports and specifications meet professional standards and corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with management on long-range planning, staffing, and mentoring staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Tennessee or ability to obtain it within 6 months.
• 15 years of experience in transportation engineering and project management.
• Proven track record of leading complex infrastructure projects.
• Deep knowledge of transportation industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tennessee.
