What you will do

• Drive business growth by developing new client relationships and supporting pursuit and capture plans for key opportunities.
• Serve as an internal champion for Conveyance and provide thought leadership to develop programs based on anticipated client needs.
• Act as a Technical Reviewer and key QAQC resource to ensure the quality of active conveyance work.
• Increase marketplace visibility by leading participation in national and regional conferences and committees.
• Identify, hire, and mentor resources to build the next generation of linear infrastructure leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 11 years of related work experience.
• Active engineering registration or licensure (P.E.) to support Engineer of Record (EOR) requirements.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle records search.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Business.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulatory requirements.
