Credit Workflow Strategist (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid (New York, USA) — 3 days/week in office

What you will do

• Partner with the Head of Direct Data Services to codify and scale LevFin workflow intelligence across the product suite.
• Act as a client-facing domain expert and trusted advisor for buyside, sellside, and advisory accounts.
• Map complex financial processes, including credit agreements and covenants, for seamless AI platform integration.
• Prototype and design tailored AI and LLM workflows to optimize manual credit research.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to translate client feedback into platform enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraged finance (LevFin) credit markets (buyside, investment banking, or credit advisory).
• Proficiency with leading AI tools and LLMs, including prompt optimization and workflow automation.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and solve complex operational problems for institutional clients.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must be based in New York for a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office).
