What you will do

• Act as key account lead for commercial projects, fostering trusted client partnerships based on delivery excellence.
• Oversee strategic projects, ensuring delivery against commercial targets and contract performance measures.
• Manage end-to-end cost management, including tender processes, procurement, and final accounts negotiation.
• Produce and review cost plans and commercial strategies for major developments.
• Lead the resolution of construction disputes, variations, and loss/expense claims.
• Mentor and develop cost management professionals to drive technical excellence and team growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cost management for large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Increasing levels of leadership and people management experience.
• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Chartered RICS status is highly preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK (Hybrid).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
