What you will do

• Facilitate Agile Planning and events including PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and ART Sync.
• Coach teams and Scrum Masters on cross-team agile principles, events, and practices.
• Identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies and risks to ensure delivery of outcomes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and vendors to drive alignment and trust.
• Monitor delivery status and key metrics to optimize flow and address bottlenecks.
• Champion the Agile culture and relentless improvement within the delivery organization.

Requirements

• Deep understanding and extensive experience with SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and system thinking.
• Proven experience working as a Delivery Manager or Release Train Engineer (RTE) in an Agile environment.
• Extensive project management skills and experience leading ART events.
• Location: Must be based in Prague

Nice to have

• Technical background to better understand development team challenges.
• Understanding of lean budgeting.
• Advanced certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SSM, or SAFe DevOps Practitioner.
