What you will do

• Execute day-to-day delivery activities for client solutions and manage project workstreams.
• Plan and track tasks, timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product, Integration, vendors, and client teams to maintain alignment and progress.
• Support solution definition, deal shaping, testing, go-live, operational readiness, and early-life production stabilization.
• Facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder status reviews.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, governance, quality standards, and client communications.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in delivery management, project management, program coordination, or solution implementation within banking, financial services, fintech, or technology infrastructure.
• Experience managing technical delivery projects and multi-system solutions in complex, regulated environments.
• Experience supporting regulated financial services clients, including banking, custody, payments, or capital markets.
• Strong organizational, execution, risk management, and multi-stream coordination skills.
• Familiarity with cloud, DevOps, CI/CD-driven execution, and agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models.
• Swiss German, German, and English are required.

Nice to have

• French language skills, particularly for the Geneva market; Italian is also beneficial.
• Exposure to digital assets, blockchain, crypto infrastructure, custody, or payments platforms.
• Experience with core banking or financial market infrastructure systems.
• Consulting, system integration, managed services, or PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe experience.
