What you will do

• Oversee all interior and architectural finishes work including drywall, flooring, millwork, and FF&E installation.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with contract documents and design intent.
• Conduct regular field inspections and develop punch lists to maintain project standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all interior-related field issues.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and MEP teams to resolve construction conflicts.
• Track progress relative to the project schedule and implement mitigation strategies for risks or delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum ten years of building construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments with exposure to inclement weather and physical demands including lifting up to 35 lbs.
