What you will do

• Operate EPS machinery and perform necessary adjustments to meet product specifications.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and assist in determining corrective actions.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on EPS machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections of production to identify and report quality defects.
• Assist in the development and updating of training manuals for EPS operators.
• Ensure materials are supplied to machines safely and efficiently to meet daily performance targets.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• At least 2 years of technician experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of complex equipment production and system integration.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvement techniques.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate technical problems.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
