What you will do

• Assess residential mortgage applications from initial submission through to final settlement.
• Liaise with brokers, customers, and internal teams to resolve queries with speed and precision.
• Drive the evolution of credit processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage competing priorities and SLAs to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Ensure strict compliance with credit policies and uphold a robust credit risk framework.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in residential lending, covering both conforming and non-conforming loans.
• Strong financial and credit analysis skills with a sharp eye for identifying risk.
• Ability to read and verify supporting documentation for fast, accurate decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for managing broker-led channels.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a passion for process improvement.
• Must be based in Sydney to support the hybrid work model.
