What you will do

• Lead the preparation of detailed drainage design plans, specifications, and cost estimates for transportation projects.
• Perform advanced hydraulic and hydrologic calculations ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Manage stormwater management and conveyance systems design.
• Coordinate drainage design activities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Support project managers with quality control reviews and schedule tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering.
• 2+ years of Texas transportation drainage design experience.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
• Proficiency with MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.
