Financial Analyst (Corporate FP&A)

What you will do

• Own the annual budgeting process and rolling monthly/quarterly forecasts across all business units.
• Build and maintain three-statement corporate financial models integrating revenue, cost, and capital deployment.
• Develop department-level budget tracking and variance analysis in partnership with business leaders.
• Support capital allocation, long-range planning, and scenario analysis for strategic growth investments.
• Build and maintain financial reporting infrastructure, including automating data pulls and standardizing templates.
• Develop unit economic models and business dashboards to support real-time metric reporting.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in corporate FP&A, financial planning, or related corporate finance functions.
• Strong three-statement financial modeling skills including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow integration.
• Experience owning end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to build complex models independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining financial results to non-finance stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in energy, infrastructure, data centers, or capital-intensive industries.
• Experience with SQL or data visualization tools for financial reporting automation.
• Experience with Anaplan, Claude, or other FP&A tools.
• MBA or CFA designation.
