What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of bookkeepers while managing daily workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping, including AP, AR, collections, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Identify and implement improvements to bookkeeping processes and team efficiency.
• Collaborate with external accountants, tax advisors, and vendors.

Requirements

• Chief Certified Bookkeeper (Type 3) certification required.
• 7-10 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a hi-tech company.
• Strong understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, VAT, and financial controls.
• High proficiency in Priority ERP and advanced Excel.
• High level of English (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Dokka and Mesh or similar financial tools.
