What you will do

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close across multiple legal entities.
• Lead controllership and technical accounting under US GAAP, including revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Manage end-to-end external audits and tax compliance across jurisdictions.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, and financial reporting for board and investor stakeholders.
• Drive process automation and AI-based efficiency within financial systems like NetSuite.
• Build, mentor, and develop the accounting and control team.

Requirements

• CPA (Israel) required
• 5-6+ years of relevant experience in companies following time at an audit firm.
• Deep, hands-on US GAAP expertise and multi-entity experience.
• Strong financial analytics and hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Proven people management and team-building experience.
• Excellent English proficiency required

Nice to have

• Prior experience at the Director of Finance level.
• Track record of modernizing finance operations with automation and AI.
• Experience scaling finance in high-growth or pre/post-IPO environments.
• Experience with US entities and international corporate structures.
