What you will do
- Own day-to-day project execution from design kickoff to construction close-out.
- Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines to prevent scope clashes.
- Manage RFI and submittal logs to ensure design intent is maintained through to energization.
- Track project schedules in MS Project or Primavera P6 and drive recovery plans for slippage.
- Support permitting processes and interface with utility providers and planning departments.
- Prepare weekly status updates, risk flags, and milestone reports for program governance.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 3β5 years of experience in project management or design coordination within data centers or industrial construction.
- Must be based in the US.
- Proficiency in MS Project or Smartsheet, Bluebeam Revu, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and architectural floor plans.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to drive action across cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 for schedule development.
- Experience managing A&E vendor submittals and RFI logs during active construction.
- Exposure to AHJ permitting environments.
- Understanding of modular component architecture like GigaPod.
- PMP certification.
