What you will do

• Own day-to-day project execution from design kickoff to construction close-out.
• Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines to prevent scope clashes.
• Manage RFI and submittal logs to ensure design intent is maintained through to energization.
• Track project schedules in MS Project or Primavera P6 and drive recovery plans for slippage.
• Support permitting processes and interface with utility providers and planning departments.
• Prepare weekly status updates, risk flags, and milestone reports for program governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management or design coordination within data centers or industrial construction.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Smartsheet, Bluebeam Revu, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and architectural floor plans.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to drive action across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Primavera P6 for schedule development.
• Experience managing A&E vendor submittals and RFI logs during active construction.
• Exposure to AHJ permitting environments.
• Understanding of modular component architecture like GigaPod.
• PMP certification.
