What you will do

• Provide on-site support for security cameras and access control systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of security equipment.
• Assist with new installations, including wiring, device setup, and system configuration.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to address system alerts and performance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all service, repairs, and installations.
• Ensure all work complies with safety and security standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Raleigh, NC.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in security systems, low-voltage, or IT support.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, IP cameras, and access control systems.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or in confined spaces.
• Must pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Hands-on knowledge of Genetec Security Center.
• Hands-on knowledge of ExacqVision platforms.
• Relevant technical certifications.
