What you will do

• Define production test strategies to identify high-risk components and determine optimal testing points in the flow.
• Design and build test fixtures for mechanical components and board-level electrical assemblies.
• Develop cable test solutions, including pinout and continuity testing for in-production cables.
• Collaborate with Electrical and Mechanical Engineering teams to improve designs for better testability.
• Implement tests to resolve incoming quality control (IQC) issues and investigate recurring quality problems.
• Document detailed test procedures for use by technicians and operators on the production floor.

Requirements

• Background in test engineering, mechatronics, manufacturing quality, or a related field.
• Experience designing and building test fixtures for mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical systems.
• Hands-on experience working with hardware in a production environment.
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by U.S. export control laws.
• Must be independently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
