What you will do

• Manage a defined book of EMEA clients as their primary point of contact for autorenewal contracts.
• Handle client queries regarding services, user access, training, and content promptly.
• Maintain regular touchpoints and proactively schedule outreach to keep relationships active.
• Identify and flag potential cross-sell opportunities to the broader Account Management and Sales teams.
• Drive high client retention and work to minimize cancellations and resolve at-risk situations early.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve client service and platform experience.

Requirements

• Graduate or 1-2 years of experience with a desire to move into a revenue-generating role.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets, credit, or leveraged finance.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple workstreams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
