Location: Remote within Finland, Sweden, or Norway. Candidates must already be located in one of these countries and have a valid work permit. No relocation support is provided.

What you will do

• Drive continuous improvement of processes, practices, and culture within Product & Engineering.
• Lead AI transformation implementation, including upskilling engineers and optimizing costs.
• Implement common operational approaches to simplify workflows for teams and leaders.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards using Jira, Confluence, and Compass.
• Provide data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and align metrics with business outcomes.
• Manage ad hoc strategic projects across various parts of the business.

Requirements

• Must be based in Finland, Sweden, or Norway with a valid work permit.
• Experience using AI to optimize professional workflows and engineering operations.
• Strong business acumen, including financial literacy, project management, and organization design.
• Background in product strategy or program marketing within a SaaS environment.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum development practices.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint.
