What you will do

• Develop GenAI solutions using latest techniques to address customer challenges.
• Own production rollouts of consumer-facing and internal GenAI applications.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to customers across various domains.
• Present at conferences like Data + AI Summit as a thought leader.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap and priorities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be in United States
• Experience building GenAI applications including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning with HuggingFace, LangChain, DSPy.
• Expertise in deploying production-grade GenAI with evaluation and optimizations.
• Extensive hands-on data science experience with pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch.
• Experience with production ML deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Graduate degree in quantitative discipline or equivalent; strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark for large-scale data.
