What you will do

• Install communications cabling and equipment according to plans, specifications, and industry codes.
• Perform quality assurance checks on team installations to ensure strict compliance with requirements.
• Lead field-project teams in low-voltage specialty contracting and solution-driven initiatives.
• Survey and document existing telecommunications infrastructure, including active and passive copper and fiber components.
• Execute terminating, testing, and troubleshooting of horizontal copper and ISP/OSP systems.
• Manage tool security and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in OSP & ISP Copper, CCTV, DAS, and Fiber Optic installation.
• BICSI certification (at least Installer 1 for copper).
• Manufacturer or Fiber certifications.
• Ability to read and understand technical plans and specifications.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Nice to have

• BICSI Installer Level 2 or BICSI Tech Certification.
• OTDR Certification.
• Experience with Fusion Splicing.
