Location: Must be based in Seoul, South Korea (Hybrid: 3 days in office per week).

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market data.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and deliver strong candidate slates to meet business needs.
• Maintain proactive and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details based on compensation guidelines and market insights.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Korean and English is required.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
• Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Ability to work from the Seoul office 3 days per week.
