Modern Workplace Engineer (Microsoft 365 / Intune/AVD)

Location: Levice, Slovakia; hybrid work with home office possible two days per week

Salary: €2,300 gross per month minimum, with final compensation based on level, skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Design and manage modern workplace solutions with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and Windows Autopilot.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Manage Entra ID, Active Directory, endpoint security, compliance policies, and mobile device environments.
• Automate device management and package applications using MSI, MSIX, App-V, and Win32 technologies.
• Design and operate enterprise and cloud printing solutions while maintaining reliable endpoint connectivity.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, monitoring, documentation, and third-level endpoint support.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Workplace or Endpoint Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and Windows deployment with Autopilot.
• Solid Microsoft 365 administration and identity management skills across Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance policies, mobile device management for iOS and Android, DLP, and backup principles.
• Fluent English and availability for the hybrid role in Levice, Slovakia.

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365 or ITIL certifications.
