What you will do

• Design and manage workplace solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Windows Autopilot.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Manage identity services via Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Implement endpoint security, compliance policies, and device management automation.
• Operate enterprise cloud printing solutions and ensure endpoint connectivity.
• Provide 3rd level support, documentation, and monitoring for endpoint environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Workplace/Endpoint Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Windows Autopilot.
• Proficiency in M365 administration and identity management (Entra ID/AD).
• Strong PowerShell scripting and application packaging skills (MSI, MSIX, App-V).
• Knowledge of MDM (iOS/Android) and DLP/backup principles.
• Fluent English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365 certifications.
• ITIL certification.
