Senior O365 Engineer (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Manage single sign-on (SSO) applications, app registrations, and enterprise integrations in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Implement and maintain conditional access policies and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) roles.
• Apply data governance and security controls using Microsoft Purview, including DLP and retention policies.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate provisioning, reporting, and routine operational tasks.
• Support the deployment and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot, ensuring data-access readiness and security.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Proven experience with Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, conditional access, and PIM.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview governance and security compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Certifications: MS-102, SC-300, MS-700, SC-400, SC-900, AZ-104, or AZ-900.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint and device management.
