What you will do

• Analyze hardware and software problems and implement technical upgrades.
• Provide L2 technical support to end-users and manage identity and access management.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, and voice/data/video equipment.
• Administer LAN/WAN network services and troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.
• Manage system backups, recovery plans, security patches, and full system documentation.
• Collaborate with hardware/software vendors and cross-functional teams for efficient IT service delivery.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in system or network administration.
• Experience supporting, configuring, and administering Office 365, Okta, Azure Intune, and Entra ID.
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices and IAM best practices and procedures.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, planning, and interpersonal communication skills.
