What you will do

• Own the architectural roadmap and delivery of agentic infrastructure, core orchestration layers, and memory architectures.
• Design and deploy scalable, multi-modal AI agents capable of autonomous support and real-time voice reasoning.
• Act as a technical anchor for the organization, mentoring senior peers and defining technical standards for an AI-native SDLC.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Applied Research leadership to align technical execution with business strategy.
• Research and implement emerging agent frameworks, LLM inference optimization, and advanced safety guardrails.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a track record as a Staff, Senior Staff, or Principal Engineer.
• Strong foundation in scaling distributed systems and production-grade infrastructure.
• Expertise in LLM platforms, including inference optimization and fine-tuning strategies.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Proficiency in advanced retrieval systems, memory architectures, and AI Ops (evaluation and observability).
• Must be based in the United States (California target range provided).
