Program Coordinator (Energy Efficiency)

Location: Remote - Mississippi; applicants should be located in the central time zone, ideally in Mississippi or Louisiana.

Salary: $20–23/hour targeted compensation; overall compensation range of $17.75–25.05/hour.

What you will do

• Process rebate applications and respond to potential customers by phone and email.
• Track and verify program paperwork, files, and correspondence.
• Process payments and maintain accurate program records.
• Enter, gather, track, and validate data to ensure data quality.
• Export predesigned reports and support staff meetings and program activities.
• Complete special projects and provide internal and external program support.

Requirements

• Located in the central time zone, ideally in Mississippi or Louisiana.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks.
• Compliance with applicable DOT qualification requirements and transportation regulations, if applicable.

Nice to have

• Call center service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
