Location: Overland Park, KS, US. Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain security clearance. Hybrid options may be available after 90 days.

What you will do

• Support civil site development design including grading, drainage, stormwater systems, utilities, erosion control, and pavement layouts.
• Prepare detailed plans, specifications, reports, and permitting documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams and external federal stakeholders.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and coordination with federal clients and contractors.
• Perform field visits and on-site reviews to ensure proper project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• Active PE license or the ability and interest to obtain registration.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D for design and drafting.

Nice to have

• Exposure to transportation-related civil design.
• Comfort and experience in client-facing roles, including presenting technical information.
