What you will do

• Develop master plans, design drawings, and technical specifications for solid-waste site development projects.
• Design stormwater management and erosion control systems.
• Prepare reports and studies required to secure project permitting.
• Create scoping, conceptual work, and engineering packages.
• Travel to client facilities to monitor construction progress and evaluate design issues.

Requirements

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• E.I.T. certification required.
• Intent to obtain a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically with solid waste or land development projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D.
• Must be able to work on-site in Richmond, Virginia.
