Salary: $159,375 - $311,680

What you will do

• Sell and deliver complex OCM transition and transformation programs across various industries and geographies.
• Define and implement integrated change management strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement, change readiness activities, and adoption measurement frameworks.
• Design and lead leadership engagement initiatives, including executive alignment and communication strategies.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams across multiple grades and geographies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in change management, transformation leadership, or organizational design.
• Proven success leading OCM projects related to Outsourcing, M&A, and Agile POD Delivery.
• Experience leading multi-country OCM programs, including Global Contact Center and Operating Model support.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and ITSM processes.
• Experience leading organization purpose and strategic initiatives.
• Must be based in one of the specified US locations: Bellevue, San Francisco, Dallas, Chicago, New York, Seattle, or Atlanta.
