What you will do

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided prospect lists.
• Introduce digital media solutions in a professional and engaging manner.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives.
• Update call outcomes and maintain accurate notes within the CRM.
• Meet agreed KPIs regarding outbound activity and appointment generation.
• Provide regular updates on outreach performance and pipeline activity.

Requirements

• Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Confidence in speaking with senior decision-makers over the phone.
• Experience using CRM platforms (GoHighLevel experience is highly desirable).
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home working environment.
• Must be based in South Africa or the Philippines.
