Location: Remote (Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM PST)

What you will do

• Contact and qualify warm leads who have requested estimates.
• Schedule and confirm appointments between leads and the business owner.
• Maintain accurate records of all contact attempts and outcomes within the CRM.
• Perform persistent follow-ups with leads who did not answer on the first attempt.
• Ensure all scheduled appointments are properly documented and communicated.

Requirements

• Proven experience in appointment setting or outbound sales calling into the US market.
• Excellent English communication skills with clear articulation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision from a professional home office.
• Comfortable using CRM systems with integrated phone capabilities.
• Availability to work part-time (20 hours/week) during 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM PST.
