What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for new hires from their first day through the completion of the onboarding process.
• Facilitate engaging new hire orientation sessions and coordinate mandatory training programs.
• Partner with center leadership to schedule onboarding activities and ensure necessary tools and system access are provided.
• Track onboarding milestones and maintain accurate training and compliance records.
• Conduct regular check-ins with new employees to provide support and identify potential barriers to success.
• Collaborate with trainers and operational leaders to continuously improve onboarding content and processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Education preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in onboarding, training, HR, or operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS or Learning Management Systems.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate training sessions virtually and speak to groups.
