What you will do

• Purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedules, and terms.
• Initiate and track Purchase Orders (PO) in the system, monitoring and tracking supplier performance.
• Negotiate agreements with main suppliers and periodically renew price lists and terms and conditions.
• Identify new suppliers and verify the external capacity of existing ones.
• Analyze and evaluate bids to determine the optimal value for the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Economy.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement or similar positions.
• Proficiency in both English and Italian languages is required.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in or able to work from Frosinone, Italy.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in product engineering or supply chain.
• Knowledge of mechanical technologies used in industrial processes.
• Knowledge of SAP.
