What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including vehicle maintenance, repair, and battery swapping workflows.
• Manage spare parts and battery inventory to ensure availability and optimal stock levels.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Fleet Specialists through one-on-ones and performance reviews.
• Implement and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate daily with 3PL partners and external vendors to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and manage incident processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management.
• Proven experience in managing and developing a team.
• Strong organizational skills in inventory and stock management.
• Full Italian driving licence.
• Fluent English proficiency and comfort with digital tools (MS Office, G Suite).
