Warehouse & Logistics Team Lead (Micromobility)

Location: Turin, Italy; onsite warehouse and fleet operations

Salary: Starting from €25,875 gross annual salary, depending on experience and alignment with the role requirements.

hirify.global is a European micromobility company expanding its warehouse and fleet operations in Italy.

What you will do

• Oversee daily warehouse workflows for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and battery swapping.
• Manage spare-parts and battery inventory, maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Fleet Specialists through one-on-ones, performance reviews, and training.
• Implement and improve standard operating procedures to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate daily with 3PL partners and external vendors to ensure agreed procedures are followed.
• Manage health and safety compliance, incident processes, and fleet van support, including tracking-device installation and removal.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Strong organisational skills and experience managing inventory and stock levels.
• Full Italian driving licence; occasional van driving is required.
• Fluent English and confidence using digital tools such as MS Office and G Suite.
• Availability for a five-days-out-of-seven schedule with day shifts, weekly rotation, and occasional weekends.
