What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule service technicians and external service partners.
• Plan service operations and align assignments directly with customers.
• Organize, monitor, and follow up on service assignments from initiation through completion.
• Collaborate with the remote service and development departments to resolve operational needs.
• Plan and schedule annual inspections.

Requirements

• Technical education or relevant professional experience.
• Interest in e-mobility and charging infrastructure.
• Fluent French and English are required.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Independent, structured, committed, and solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
