What you will do

• Manage supplier relationships to ensure sustainability, quality, price, and delivery requirements.
• Develop a supplier network to support strategic goals and current needs.
• Conduct cost analyses based on total cost of ownership for supplier selection.
• Lead negotiations and establish supply agreements.
• Identify product and process optimizations to reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the Engineering department on new product development projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Economics.
• Experience in manufacturing companies.
• 1-2 years of experience as a purchasing agent (strategic sourcing) in a multinational environment (preferred).
• Profound knowledge of Italian and English.
• Preparedness to travel.
• Ability to organize work independently and meet goals under pressure.
