What you will do

• Implement and maintain detailed project plans, technical delivery schedules, and risk registers.
• Plan and direct project team activities across a variety of engineering design and consulting tasks.
• Prepare and present performance reports and presentations to the client.
• Monitor project governance standards regarding financial performance and resource capacity forecasting.
• Oversee staff conducting building and fire code reviews and designing fire protection systems.

Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience.
• Professional report writing experience within a consulting environment.
• Proficiency in Project Management software such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Microsoft Planner Premium.
• Ability to work from the Phoenix, Arizona office.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Project Management experience in an AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) environment.
• Strong communication and negotiating skills.
