Salary: $124,300–$198,600 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered solutions, including custom MCP tooling and agentic applications.
• Integrate and orchestrate third-party LLMs such as OpenAI and Google Gemini to automate complex workflows.
• Architect ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications across APIs, scripting, deployment frameworks, and data connections.
• Build intuitive software, troubleshoot AI and ServiceNow components, and ensure secure, reliable, and scalable operation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to define requirements, estimate work, and deliver AI-driven outcomes.
• Produce technical designs and documentation while communicating progress in project meetings and daily scrums.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years with an advanced degree, a PhD with no experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on professional experience building AI-powered solutions, agents, or conversational applications.
• Strong Python and JavaScript skills, including RESTful or GraphQL APIs, REST, SOAP, AJAX, JSON, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with generative AI, agent architectures, prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, RAG, MCP servers, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong ServiceNow development experience, including client scripts, business rules, script includes, UI policies, integrations, CMDB, data modeling, ITSM, and ITOM.
• Ability to design scalable architectures, analyze agent behavior and business processes, document solutions, mentor developers, and collaborate across global teams.

Nice to have

• Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified Application Developer certification.
• Experience with symbolic, BDI, and LLM-based agent architectures.
