Salary: $74,400–$93,000 USD base salary for a full-time position, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and deploy multi-step agentic workflows using LLM-integrated frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar tools.
• Build API-connected automations integrating Slack, Salesforce, Notion, and internal data systems.
• Develop lightweight internal tools, dashboards, and functional interfaces using React, JavaScript, or other suitable technologies.
• Identify workflow friction and prototype AI-first replacements for business operations.
• Measure usage, estimated time savings, adoption, and project ROI through structured value categories.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and operations leads on live automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building real applications with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Ability to write and read production-quality Python and/or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with at least one agentic or automation framework, such as LangChain, AutoGen, n8n, or Zapier with LLMs.
• Strong product judgment and an ability to connect technical solutions with user needs and business impact.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining reliability and deliberate engineering practices.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Internship or project experience in BizOps, RevOps, or enterprise automation.
• Experience integrating Slack, Salesforce, or finance and operations systems through APIs.
• Experience building multi-agent architectures, including side projects.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or LLM evaluations.
• An active GitHub profile, portfolio, or side project demonstrating technical work.
