What you will do

• Manage end-to-end operational procurement for Data Center Infrastructure, Network Connectivity, and other IT categories.
• Source, evaluate, and engage suppliers across the APAC region to meet business requirements.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and coordinate contract execution with internal stakeholders.
• Process procurement requests, purchase orders, and invoices using ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, qualification, and ongoing vendor management processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT Procurement, Procurement Operations, or Supply Operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, NetSuite).
• Proven experience in sourcing suppliers and supporting commercial negotiations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Authorization to work in Singapore is required.

Nice to have

• Experience procuring Data Center infrastructure and Network Connectivity services (IP Transit, DIA, Dark Fiber, etc.).
• Existing relationships with suppliers across the APAC region.
• Experience supporting Data Center build-out or expansion projects.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and contract administration.
