Salary: $114,000 - $165,300

What you will do

• Administer and maintain Snowflake platform components including databases, schemas, warehouses, roles, and data-sharing.
• Develop and maintain RBAC, row-level security, masking policies, and data governance standards.
• Optimize warehouse sizing, query performance, and storage utilization to improve platform cost efficiency.
• Automate Snowflake deployments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies using Time Travel, Fail-safe, and replication.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to support dbt, Airflow, and ELT pipelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of database administration experience.
• 3+ years of experience administering enterprise Snowflake environments.
• Hands-on experience managing Snowflake within AWS cloud environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or Shell scripting for platform automation.
• Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• SnowPro Core or SnowPro Advanced Certifications.
• Experience with dbt, Apache Airflow, Terraform, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience implementing enterprise data governance and security frameworks.
