Discovery IT System Administrator (Top Secret Clearance Required)

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC; remote work is listed in the location options. Top Secret clearance required.

Salary: $124,895.40–$169,500.90 per year

What you will do

• Maintain the day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and related tools.
• Administer, monitor, install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate fixes with vendors and developers.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies across systems and infrastructure.
• Support e-discovery application integrations, data migrations, technical architecture discussions, and legacy-system documentation.
• Provide end-user training, technical guidance, vendor coordination, and knowledge-base documentation.

Requirements

• Top Secret clearance is required.
• Experience with legal technology and knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
• Experience implementing and supporting e-discovery platforms such as Relativity, Veritas eDP, or comparable cloud-hosted review applications.
• Experience supporting backend infrastructure, application installation and configuration, and data migrations.
• Ability to administer Microsoft Server 2019/2022 and Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022.
• Experience managing relational databases, including MySQL and/or SQL Server 2012 or later, and cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or VMware.
