TL;DR

Relativity Senior Systems Administrator (Legal): Managing and optimizing Automated Litigation Support (ALS) infrastructure and software solutions with an accent on Relativity, SQL Server, and AWS cloud environments. Focus on system maintenance, performance tuning, and ensuring secure access for government stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid/Remote (Must be based in the US and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance)

Salary: $91,349.44 - $123,974.24 per year

What you will do

  • Design and implement Automated Litigation Support (ALS) software solutions including Relativity and iPro.
  • Maintain ALS infrastructure across on-premise and AWS cloud platforms.
  • Manage identity and access for external stakeholders such as US Attorneys and IRS collaborators.
  • Perform system maintenance, including backups, performance tuning, and software updates.
  • Produce and maintain system diagrams, administrator guides, and end-user documentation.
  • Provide weekly reports on system health, performance, and project status.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in litigation support applications and software.
  • In-depth knowledge of government IT environments, security requirements, and office automation networks.
  • Proven experience with Relativity and SQL Server (2012 or later).
  • Experience with large-scale database management and storage technology planning.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
